Hello Seahorse! sings in English and Spanish and their singer has the most angelic voice! Check out their song "Bestia" and read Pitcfork's review on the full album. I played this song at the last Nacotheque for the first time and the crowd happily did a bouncy dance to the beat.

Yup, I'm DJing at Top Shop this Saturday for the Indie Girl DJs series from 7:00PM - 9:00PM. The bestest excuse to go shopping!!

Unfortunately, they didn't want an all Spanish setlist, so I'm actually gonna be spinning mostly English-sung (and some new French stuff) indie-but-popular hits like Ladyhawke, Yelle, Bat For Lashes, Camera Obscura, Ting Tings, Glass Candy, Prototypes, New Young Pony Club, MGMT, Dead Disco, Metric, etc.
